London based Wine Innovations has chosen CWM Automation to supply a second twin lane ST100R Starwheel machine for their latest “Wine in Glass” project. Wine Innovations have collaborated with a wine producer to launch the product in South Africa.
Following the success of the first ST100R Starwheel machine installation in Australia earlier this year, James Nash, Managing Director of Wine Innovations has placed an order for a second machine, this time to pack wine in South Africa.
The twin lane ST100R Starwheel machine packs 2,400 glasses per hour and is fitted with MAP-F gas flushing to extend the shelf life of the product for up to one year. The ST100R Starwheel is designed for ease of use and is fitted with quick-release change parts to enable fast product changeovers in under five minutes.
The new machine will be installed in Cape Town later this year. CWM Automation’s Technical Director, Mark Cooper is delighted to receive repeat business from Wine Innovations and said “We look forward to strengthening our business relationship over the coming years”.
