As part of our After-Sales Service, we offer individualised service contracts, sold alongside machinery to keep it operating at its optimum level.
Our service contracts are designed to assist customers with the ongoing maintenance of their machinery. Contracts are carefully constructed to reflect aspects such as the frequency and degree of service activity, the operating environment and production seasonality. Our aim is to work with customers to make maintenance as simple and stress-free as possible and to deliver high-quality customer service along the way.
Investing in one of our service contracts brings you a number of benefits: the main advantage being regular machine servicing. CWM recommends that a machine should be serviced a minimum of 2 times per year, however, customers can tailor their contracts to suit their own servicing requirements.
During a service, our highly skilled engineers perform a thorough inspection on your machinery and ensure that it is working efficiently. Once the service is complete, a written report detailing any recommendations the engineers may have to keep your machine’s health intact will be supplied. Support will be provided on start-up of your production to ensure that machinery is in full working order following the service.
Replacement of consumables during scheduled services is an additional benefit that accompanies a service contract.
Customers who enter into a service contracts with us will also have access to out-of-hours contact with our Project/Controls Manager’s, who will offer assistance and deploy engineers to your site if necessary. Online remote support can also be provided to avoid costly machinery down-time.
